In the event that you receive a chargeback, we’ll send you an email notification and provide instructions on which documents you need to submit to verify that you delivered the product or service for which your customer is disputing.

Once we receive the documentation and confirm the delivery of the order, you’ll be able to keep on processing payments and withdrawing the money from your sales.
