I requested a money withdrawal and I see the status "Delivered," but I haven't received it in my bank yet, what should I do?

When you see the status "Delivered" after requesting a money withdrawal, it means that the money is being sent to your selected bank account. The funds may take up to approximately 24 hours to be credited to your bank account.

If more than 24 hours have passed and the money has not been credited to your bank account, please contact us through the chat on your platform so that we can assist you.
