To withdraw money from your sales, follow these steps:
Go to the Withdraw Funds section.
There you will see the amount of money available that you have ready to withdraw.
Select the button with the "+" symbol and choose the destination bank to which you want to send your money.
Click on "Send request" and you're done!
You will receive your money in the currency of the country where your company is registered.
Remember that in order to withdraw your money, you must have successfully completed the two steps of the account setup process. In the second setup step, we will ask you to upload your bank account details.
After submitting your withdrawal request, you will see one of the following statuses in the table in the Withdrawal section:
Pending: our team is reviewing your withdrawal request.
Delivered: our team has approved your withdrawal request and the funds are being transferred to your bank account.
Completed: The money you requested is now in your bank account.
Canceled: You requested a withdrawal and then canceled that request before it reached your bank account.
Rejected: An error occurred during the withdrawal request process. Check our FAQ for possible errors.
In total, your withdrawal may take up to 72 business hours to reach your bank account.*
If you want to withdraw your money to a new bank account, go to the My Bank Accounts section and add up to two accounts. Check the list of bank accounts allowed by dLocal Go.
