To be able to withdraw your money to a bank account, you must have successfully completed the 2 steps of the account setup process. Once you’ve done this, you can withdraw the money that is within your available balance whenever you want.

You can view your available balance from the Home section of your platform or from the Settlements section.

The approval and release times of money vary depending on the payment method used by your customer.

When you’re paid by credit or debit card, you’ll receive your money in your dLocal Go account within 7 days. If you’re paid through a bank transfer, PIX, or a voucher, your money will be credited within just 3 days.
