In dLocal Go, the time it takes to receive the funds from your sales depends on the payment method your customers use. Below, we detail the credit timeframes according to the type of payment:

Payments with credit or debit card.

If your customers pay using a credit or debit card, the funds will be credited to your dLocal Go account balance within 7 days.

Payments via bank transfer, PIX, or vouchers.

When your customers pay via bank transfers, PIX, or cash vouchers, the money will be credited to your account balance in a shorter timeframe, just 3 days. These methods allow for faster settlement, ensuring you can access the funds more quickly.

Once the money is available in your account, you can transfer it to your bank account.
