How to withdraw the money from my sales

To withdraw the money from your sales, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Settlements section. There you’ll see the amount of money available that’s ready for withdrawal.

  2. Select the button with the "+" symbol and choose the destination bank where you want to send your money.

  3. Click on "Send request" and you're done!

You’ll receive your money in the currency of the country where your company is registered.

Remember that in order to withdraw your money, you must have successfully completed the 2 steps of the account setup process. In the second setup step, we’ll ask you to upload the details of your bank account.

After making the withdrawal request, you’ll see one of the following statuses within the Settlements section table:

  1. Pending: our team is reviewing your money withdrawal request (this can take up to 24 hours).

  2. Delivered: Our team has approved your withdrawal request and it’s being transferred to your bank account.

  3. Completed: the money you requested is already in your bank account.

  4. Canceled: You requested a withdrawal of money and then canceled that request before it reached your bank account.

  5. Rejected: An error occurred in the process of requesting the withdrawal of money. Check what are the possible errors.

If you want to withdraw your money to a new bank account, go to the My Bank Accounts section and add up to two accounts. Refer to the list of bank accounts allowed by dLocal Go.
