To verify your identity and complete the account setup process, we’ll ask for a photo of your ID and take a validation selfie. If you weren’t able to complete the process successfully, follow these tips and try again:
ID:
The photo must be of your national identity document (this does not include passport or driver's license).
Make sure it’s legible: no scratches or shadows
Make sure it’s your most recent document
Selfie shot:
Find a place with good light
Don’t wear glasses, hats or something that covers your face
Keep a neutral expression
If you don’t have a good camera on your computer, you can verify your identity from your mobile, following the steps of the browser.
