Tips for completing step 2 of your account setup smoothly

The document upload process may sound complex, but it is super simple. Here are a few tips to make sure everything goes smoothly and you can operate without limits with dLocal Go.

Legal Entity/Company

All documents must match the company data submitted.

Proof of Bank Account

The receipt must be a PDF file downloaded from your bank.

It must NOT be a screenshot from the bank's app.

The document must be legible and have good definition.

The document must be issued by the bank

The name of the account holder (can be the company name) must match the name entered in dLocal Go and the rest of the documents submitted.

Must include account holder (company name) and account number.

Identity document

Document of one of the owners/major shareholders of the company.

Clear and visible photo.

Date of birth

The applicant must be over 18 years of age.

That the document is not expired

Proof of address

The name appearing on the receipt must be the same as on the company's incorporation certificate (shareholders document).

It must be a valid invoice/receipt (utility bill, bank statement) from the last 6 months. Envelope photos do not apply.

The document must be displayed in its entirety, not just a photo or part of it.

Proof of tax status

It must be a valid document according to the country.

It must be in the same company name as the dLocal Go account.

That the number is valid

Shareholders document

That the document is displayed in its entirety, not just a photo or part of it.

It must be the company's articles of incorporation registered with dLocal Go.

It must include the names of the owners/partners of the company and match the one registered on the ID document. The registered partner must have more than 25% of the shareholding.

Include among these names the name on the identity document sent.

The document must be in the format corresponding to the country

Natural Person

All documents must match with the dLocal Go's registered individual's data.

Proof of Bank Account

The name of the account holder must match the name entered in the dLocal Go account.

Must include account holder and account number.

Identity document

Clear and visible photo.

Document from the same dLocal Go account holder.

ID number must match the ID number entered in dLocal Go.

The applicant's date of birth

The applicant must be 18 years of age or older.

The document is not expired

Proof of address

The name on the receipt is the same as the name on the ID card

The entire document must be displayed, not just a photo of part of it.

It must be in the name of the same person/company as the dLocal Go account.

That the document number matches the one entered on the account and the other documents with this number.

That the number is valid
