To make a refund, follow these steps:
Go to the Transactions section.
Search for the transaction you want to refund using the search bar or any of the available filters.
From the menu of that transaction, enter the transaction details and click on the "Request refund" button.
That's it! Your refund will now be in process.
If you’ve integrated with Shopify, you’ll need to make the refund from their platform by selecting the "Refund money" option from the order details.
