To view the details of a specific transaction, follow these steps:
Go to the Transactions section.
Search for the transaction you want to review using the search bar or any of the available filters.
Once you find your transaction, enter its menu, and you're done!
There, you’ll find information about your customer and the payment details of that transaction, and you can initiate a refund if needed.
