What should I do if I get a "403 error" in my installation process?

If you see the message "Error 403", it means that the installation credentials you are using are not valid.

In this case, make sure you are inputting the correct environment username and password. Meaning, check that you are not placing the credentials of the test environment (also called Sandbox) in the production environment, or vice versa.
