How can I cancel a client’s subscription?

To cancel a customer’s subscription to a plan, go to the Subscriptions section of your dLocal Go account and follow these steps:

  1. In the "Subscribers" tab, locate the subscription you wish to cancel.You can find it by the subscriber's name and the name of the subscription plan.

  2. Access the menu of that subscription and click on "View details".

  3. Click on "Cancel subscription" and that's it!

By canceling the subscription, you will no longer receive payments from your customer. Please note that this action is irreversible.

You can continue to view the payment status of that subscriber from the Subscribers tab.
