Do subscriptions expire?

No, subscription plans do not have an expiration date.

This means that if you want a subscription plan to no longer be active, you will need to cancel it from your dLocal Go platform by following these steps:

  1. Go to the Subscriptions section.

  2. Select the "Plans" tab.

  3. In the menu of the plan you want to cancel, select the "Cancel plan" option.

And that's it! Remember that by canceling it, you will stop charging all active subscribers of that plan. You will still be able to view your inactive plan from the Plans tab.
