How do I cancel a subscription?

To cancel a subscription, access your dLocal Go platform and follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Subscriptions section

  2. Click on the “Plans” tab

  3. In the menu of the plan you want to cancel, select the “Cancel plan” option

And that's it! Remember that by canceling it, you will stop receiving payments from all the active subscribers of that plan. You’ll still be able to view your inactive plan from the Plans tab.
