What should I do if my dLocal Go account is blocked or inactive?

What payment methods can my customers use?

When you sell with dLocal Go, your customers can pay with their favorite local payment methods: credit cards, debit cards, bank transfers and cash payments. You will always receive the money in your company's local currency.

Remember that you already have all the payment methods activated in your platform. If you want to check or deactivate any of them, do so from your account .

Which industries are allowed to sell with dLocal Go?

For your company to sell with dLocal Go, it must belong to any of the following industries: Retail, Digital Products, Food and Drinks, Professional Services, Membership Organizations, Personal Services, Transportation, Traveling and Accommodation, Education, Entertainment and Recreation, and Construction Services.

How can I get paid with dLocal Go?

No need for expertise! Choose your favorite way to sell, the one that suits your company best.

You can receive payments online or in person with any of dLocal Go's payment solutions: payment link, payment button, virtual POS, website checkout or plugin for Shopify, Magento or WooCommerce e-commerce.

What should I do if I forget my dLocal Go password or username?

If you forget your dLocal Go password or username, click the "Forgot your password?" link and enter your email address. You will receive an email to reset your account.

You can also contact us from the help button on the upper menu on the right, and we will help you as soon as possible. We are available 24/7.

How many bank accounts can I have in dLocal Go?

You can add as many bank accounts as you want to the dLocal Go platform, as long as they are consistent with the company’s information and country of origin provided when setting up the account.

When you set up your dLocal Go account, we will ask you to add a bank account for you to withdraw the money from your sales. Once the setup is complete, you can go to section My bank accounts and add any account you wish.

Can I change the information after setting up my dLocal Go account?

No. After creating your dLocal Go account, you cannot change your personal information for security reasons. If you have any questions about this or need help with other issues, remember that you can always write to us from the help button on your platform.

Can I create a dLocal Go account with different users?

For the time being, you cannot create a dLocal Go account with more than one user. We are currently working to offer this functionality as soon as possible, together with other new benefits for your business.

Can I change the language after setting up my dLocal Go account?

Yes, you can change the language to English, Spanish or Portuguese. To do so, log in to the platform, click on your name and then on "Profile". Select the language that you want, save the changes and that's it!

Can I sell from my e-commerce platform with dLocal Go?

Yes, you can sell with dLocal Go from your Shopify, WooCommerce or Magento store. To do so, you should activate the dLocal Go plugin in your marketplace and follow the step by step instalation. It’s simple and you do not need expertise!

What is the balance currency?

It is a currency that will help you see your balance. dLocal Go unifies local and global sales in a single currency so that you can see your money more easily. You can choose to view your money in your local currency or in US Dollars.
