If you made a payment through dLocalGo and have a claim, follow these steps:

  1. Make your inquiry in the communications portal: The corresponding team will provide a response to your complaint. You can access the portal through this link: Contact Form.


  2. Complete the form: Once you have completed the form, you will be contacted from direct_es@dlocal.com within 72 hours.
