1. Program Definition and Roles
The dLocal Go Affiliate Program allows active platform users to invite new businesses to register and start operating on the platform in exchange for benefits in the form of credits applicable to commissions.
Program Roles:
• Affiliate: Current dLocal Go user who invites new businesses through a unique affiliate link.
• Referral: New user who registers using the affiliate link and begins transacting on the platform.
2. Requirements to Participate as an Affiliate
To participate, the affiliate must:
• Have processed a minimum of USD 100 on dLocal Go.
• Have an active and in-good-standing account (not blocked due to fraud or other operational reasons).
• Generate their affiliate link from the user dashboard.
3. Referral Credits and Usage Conditions
• Affiliates will receive credits equivalent to 1% of the total transaction volume of each referral, only during the first 90 days from the referral's first transaction.
• These credits apply as commission discounts on the affiliate's own transactions within the platform.
• Credits are valid for 90 days from issuance and expire afterward.
• Each referral can generate credits only once, during their initial 90-day period.
4. Speed Bonus: Rewards for Quick Activation
• If a referral makes their first transaction within 30 days of registration, the affiliate receives an additional 50% bonus on the credits generated that month by that referral.
• This bonus rewards affiliates who quickly activate their contacts and generate operational volume early on.
Example:
An affiliate refers a user who registers on July 5th.
The referral makes their first transaction on July 15th (within 30 days).
In July, the referral processes $4,000 USD, generating $40 USD in credits (1% of volume) for the affiliate.
Because the referral transacted within the first 30 days, the affiliate receives an additional 50% bonus on the $40, i.e., $20 extra.
Total benefit that month: $60 USD in credits.
5. Benefits for Referrals
• Welcome bonus of up to USD 100 in fee credits.
• Priority support during their first 30 days.
• Guided onboarding to facilitate integration and operational start.
6. Validation Conditions for Referrals
To be considered valid and generate benefits for the affiliate, a referral must:
• Register using the affiliate link.
• Successfully complete onboarding (account verification and operational validation).
• Perform valid transactions on the platform.
• Not be blocked due to fraud or policy violations.
7. Restrictions and Adjustments
• Credits are non-transferable between accounts.
• Credits are not redeemable for cash.
• Credits cannot be used outside dLocal Go’s platform.
• Credits may be reversed or deducted if the referral's transactions are associated with chargebacks or invalid operations.
• This program does not combine with other ongoing promotions or commercial agreements.
8. Program Duration and Review
• The program is valid until July 31, 2025.
• dLocal Go reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the program at any time.
• Credits may be partially or fully canceled if generated through system manipulation, fraud, or breach of these terms.
9. Acceptance
Participation in the Affiliate Program implies express acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Failure to comply with any point may result in loss of accumulated benefits and exclusion from the program.
